No Returns / Exchanges for Printed T-shirts
Why Our Printed T-shirts, Sweatshirts and bodysuits Are Non Returnable / Exchangeable 
In our effort to provide over 
1000+ designs,10+ colors combinations and 25+ sizes 
without overproducing,
We use a print-on-demand model. 
Since your selection is created uniquely for you, 
we cannot restock or resell returned items. 
Please refer closely to our size chart to ensure the perfect fit before ordering.

At GFashion, we are committed to ensuring you and your family love every item you receive. We maintain a strict quality check process, but in the rare event of a concern, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for damaged goods.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

We provide replacements exclusively for items that arrive in a damaged condition.

  • Timeframe: You must notify our team within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition—unwashed, unhindered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Report a Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately via Email or WhatsApp. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photographs or a video showing the damage to the product.

3. The Exchange Procedure

Once our team verifies the claim, we will provide you with the return address.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the courier charges incurred when sending the damaged item back to our facility.

  • Secure Packing: Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent further damage during transit.

4. Our Resolution

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:

  1. Replace: Dispatch a brand-new replacement of the same product.

  2. Alternatives: If the item is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent exchange or store credit for your next purchase.

5. Important Exclusions

  • Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. All valid claims are resolved through replacements or store credit.

  • Non-Eligible Items: We cannot accept replacements for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Mishandling: Damages resulting from improper use or negligence after delivery are not covered under this policy.
