 My Account & My Order

  • How do I place my order?
  • To place your order, follow these steps :
  1. You can browse our products through our website. If your interested with some of our products, choose the relevant size and colour. Click on the “Add to Cart” button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).
  2. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process. After your payment order will be confirmed.
  • How do I choose my size?
    Our men’s unisex tops usually run true to size, but our women's tops run big than regular adult sizes. You can always refer to our size chart  and the reviews that our previous customers have left as a guide, but the best way is for you to refer to our size chart and compare the measurements to one of the tops you wear.
  • How will I receive my Order?
  1. We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address.
  2. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep.
  3. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods to reach you in perfect condition.
  • In how many days will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 4-6 working days. ( Our goal is to provide speedy and accurate services to our customers. We normally have 2-3 business day processing time for regular orders and 1 business day for all prepaid orders. However our processing time may be delayed by various factors such as invalid shipping address, order quantity errors, inventory shortage, or holiday season. )

 What if my product gets out of stock?

 In this case we will intimate you via email or to your registered mobile number.

  • What if the packaging is tampered or damaged?

If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery.  We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD. Sitback, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.

  • I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?
  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7-10 business days.

 It has been a while since I placed my order. Why is my order status still pending?

Your order may be on hold for several reasons including but not limited to: invalid shipping address, incomplete payment transaction, and/or order quantity verification. If in any case your order is on hold, we will notify you via email, phone, and/or text for order clarification

Can I cancel or make adjustments to my order?

The first thing you should do is check your order status. You may be able to make changes to your order if your order status is “processing” or “pending”. In such case, you must submit a written request to change your order via email. No verbal change of order will be accepted. However, if your order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. In this case, please wait until you receive your item, and then proceed with return/exchange process.

How do I change or cancel my order?

In case you wish to request any edits to your order, or cancel it, you can write in to us @ sales@gfashion.in. You can also make call as or leave a WhatsApp message @ +91 9952286205. If possible, we would definitely try to accommodate your requests.
